1 cup (245 g) plain non-fat yogurt
½ cup (120 ml) Carb Countdown dairy beverage
1/3 cup (85 g) raspberries, frozen
2 tablespoons (30 ml) strawberry sugar-free
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and
blend until smooth and well combined.
Yield: 1 serving
Each with 19 g protein, 10 g carbohydrate, 3 g dietary
fiber, 7 g usable carbs. Carb count does not include
polyol in syrup.
