I was inspired by Toa_Of_Lead on IG when I saw a reel of his Takanuva cosplay and I knew I had to make on of my own. I made templates on Blender using retopology on 3D scans I found of the individual lego pieces. Everything is made out of EVA foam and the mask was sculpted using EVA foam clay. I started this cosplay in Nov 2025 and finished in July 2026. I'm so proud of how this came out and I've already worn it to FanExpo Philadelphia, New York Comic Con, and Brick Convention. Can't wait to bring it to more and continue to meet more Bionicle fans!

The head, hands, buckle, shoes, and bomb were all made by me using EVA foam. I commissioned a good friend of mine to sew the clothes. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I can't wait to take this to conventions soon!
I wanted the ability to change expressions for photos so I made the face plate interchangeable by using velcro.
