Moving chaos knocked me completely out of my workout routine. Finally getting back to it, and boy does the dopamine help 😂

And I’m okay with that. 🤩 Slowly making the new place feel like me, one ridiculous little joy at a time.

Feeling surreal about leaving this place. Four good years here and now everything is empty. Excited for this new chapter as cliche as that sounds 🤞🏻🤩
