Bought this for $20 from tjmaxx. I noticed 2 of the polka dots are merged and I’m really trying to ignore it. Does this look cute or do you think I should return

Tearing up my room I feel pregnant in half of these. The stripe skirt is cute but it also slouches down aloooot. Not sure which direction to go in. I’m very limited on time to get a new thing. I’m such a casual dresser so this is not going well
I get that this is not formal but it’s all I got. Might try and score at the thrift tomorrow before the event but this might be what I settle for
