Based on comic books and a movie serial from the 1940s. The serial is available on youtube. The stunts are amazing! Apperently the stuntmen were paid more than the actors :-)

I always liked the scenes in Iron Man where you can see the arc reactor through his shirt so I decided to build one. In order to get the light bright enough I used a 12 volt RV puck light with a power supply that plugs in to the wall - so in the unedited pictures there is an extension cord coming out by my foot :-) This is a recreation of the scene in Ironman 2 where Tony Stark creates a new element for his arc reactor.
