Wedding Guest 5 PM Boston in September… Appropriate or no?

<!-- SC_OFF -->I bought this dress. It’s chiffon over a slip dress on top. A little bit blousy on top but bottom part is fitted. I want to brighten it and make it more interesting with thoughtful accessories. A necklace. Shoes but they have to be flat. I was thinking of a leopard shoe. And then what clutch/purse. 1st photo is me, 2nd is stock photo. Last is a leopard flat I can wear. This is for a wedding for my niece. It’s not really formal even though she says formal. And I say formal loosely based on what wedding party and parents are wearing. It’s dressy not formal. Late afternoon to evening in fall. <!-- SC_ON -->
