Zula Abshire

I do not normally dress like this, I want to get out of my zone and dress how I have imagined..I know loafers are usually seen as ugly shoes and paired with white socks they can look childish. There is also all kinds of different textures going on here: jean short, shiny shoes, stark white socks. Does it look dumb what do you think? I just want as a normal outfit

The fit of some of the shirts are not very good. Is the blue and white layered look silly, too many colors?
The original outfit I changed to pleated black mini skirt and no socks. The white lace is part of the shirt. I think I know what style I like but the execution is poor because the clothes don't fit right
