Hi guys! I just bought this off shoulder dress from fashion nova. I've never worn one before, and it fits me everywhere besides the fact it's really tight around my shoulders. I can barely bring my arms out, like I would not be able to hug someone in this dress lol. Is an off shoulder dress supposed to fit like that or is it too small for me! TIA!
