Hi everyone! I’ve never been on a date before or hung out with a guy 1on1, so I’d like some advice on what to wear
A bit of needed context: I’ve known this guy all throughout high school and was really into him Junior and senior year, though too chicken to say anything. We’ve both just graduated and he’s reached out asking if I’d like to get together. Not sure if it’s a date, he sounded quite casual about it, but he’d like to come get me and go thrifting, possibly pet the cats at our petco, catch a movie, and then eat dinner (chilis😋). Regardless if he planned for this to be casual or more of a date, I’m really into him and I’d like to wear something nice.
Don’t want to seem too overdressed, but still put together. Guess I’m just worried it’ll look like I’m trying too hard, and I’d hate to misread the situation. I think I’ve included a range of formality here. Don’t get hung up on my jewlery because it can always be changed! And, I can mix and match tops and bottoms if you’ve got the eye for that and see a better combination than what I’ve selected. Just let me know! Thank you for helping!
