I have a cute structured skater dress that I want to pair with a cardigan for work. I work in a business casual office. The only things that’s making me question my decision is the hem line of the dress. It’s about 3-4 inches above my knee. Thighs are covered when I’m sitting. High neckline, flared bottom. I’m torn.. help.
