I’m thinking about changing my manga’s cover.
I really love the current one, so I don’t mind keeping it. But I’ve noticed that simpler covers might work better. Looking at other manga covers, the most common style seems to be a portrait of the main character on a white background with bright colors.
So, which one do you think is the strongest? Which cover would make you most interested in reading the manga?
1. The original cover
I still really like this one, and I’m happy to keep it. My only concern is that it might be a bit hard to read or recognize from a distance.
2. A portrait of the main character, Layla
Not only is she the main character, but she also has the most distinctive design, and readers seem to like her the most.
3. A portrait of Mia
I really like this drawing. It has a lot of charm and personality.
4. A combination of Layla and Mia
I thought this idea would work much better, but this is the best version I could come up with. It’s actually my least favorite because it feels more like the cover of an art book than a manga.
