Okay so I start my new job on Monday. I am a program coordinator for a group home, so not necessarily providing cares (could potentially if one of my DSP calls in) but mainly doing scheduling, training, supervision. HR told me the dress code is like you were at your grandmas house, well I wear my big baggy clothes to my grandmas so I want to still do casual but look nice. I’ve included some Pinterest screenshots of ideas I think are good (yes they are all long sleeved, I am freezing 24/7 and will be inside). What do you guys think?
ETA: when I asked HR more of what she meant she said people typically wear leggings and jeans stuff in that nature. My interview with her she was wearing a dress, my other interview with the program director she was wearing capri leggings and a t-shirt. Do want to add its services in peoples apartments.
