i really love the waist cinching effect and the neckline, however the puffy skirt is so much bigger than i had thought when i ordered it online.
ideally i want to push it down or flatten it a little. is that possible at all? i’m scared to grab scissors and start cutting.
i feel like the shape is very odd.
any advice? thank you in advance.
