Found my old Haruhi cosplay hiding in my closet 😂
I randomly found this Haruhi cosplay hiding among my old stuff and thought… why not bring her back? 😂
I watched The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya when I was really little — and I’m not even 30 yet, so I was really young when I first discovered this anime. 😂
I remember thinking Haruhi was so cool because she was loud, confident, stubborn, bossy, and completely unapologetic about who she was. As a kid, I thought women with strong personalities were absolutely amazing.
And now, looking back… I guess I really took that lesson to heart because I somehow grew up to be a pretty strong-willed woman myself. 😂 So maybe I have Haruhi to blame for that!
She really is one of those unforgettable anime characters. Honestly, I feel like Haruhi was kind of the Frieren or Maomao of her time — not because they’re similar characters, but because she was that character everyone remembered and talked about.
Some characters are just part of your childhood forever. 💜
