    Hi!
So my bf and I went to a mall for dinner reservations. We had time to kill to so I decided to go shopping. He had to leave to go to our reservation and I was still in the dressing room.
I don't have time to buy the items but I'm kinda curious which are worth my time to buy and which aren't since I have them on hold!
I asked my bf his opinion but some he liked were some I were iffy on and vice versa so thought might as well get more opinions while I have them on hold.

    1. Is a romper. I find it cute and I feel red tights would look cute underneath them maybe?

    2. I find this really romantic and maybe for a date idea with black heels and maybe gold or silver accessories? It was hard to put on. I had to get a sales associate to help bc the zipper is hard to reach but easy to take off.

    3. I find it to be relaxing and sporty maybe? Idk I usually don't wear skin tone stuff.

    4. I find the shirt cute! Idk if the design or the fabric color compliments me, but I don't really have a shirt like this! Wish I was wearing jeans with them or some slacks! Maybe a business casual look?

    5. Basic black top which I have a lot of but they are a quarter sleeve. I only showed my midriff a little to show that it was a shirt and not a dress.

Thoughts on what is worth the buy and worth skipping???
Thank you so much for anyone who responds and sorry for any grammar mistakes!!!

In commemoration of the Gorillaz soccer jersey I’ve had bookmarked since July being removed from Facebook Marketplace, I’ve decided to honour it by drawing how I would’ve styled it if I hadn’t waffled on buying it + other pieces I fumbled on.
    - Glass Tailor, Teardrop Glasses

    - 2023 FIFA Gorillaz EA Sports Soccer Jersey

    - Adidas 2T Skort

    - Vintage Converse Bowling/Madison Bag

Just to start... I only wear barefoot shoes which makes it extra hard...
This is a very carefully curated outfit I'm planning to wear for a wedding that's in a gothic romantic style. The invite didn't specify any proper dress code but it's in Italy so I am pretty sure everyone is going to wear Armani.
I just feel like this screams elevated Christmas office party. I'm getting also a pair of burgundy lace tights so it's less office glamour meets every day comfort more office gothic.
Any ideas? Suggestions? I'm no make up artist too... I may do an up do but don't know how... :D HELP! HELP!
I was thinking about a soft black/burgundy shrug maybe... Maybe some velvet cape?
Please don't poo poo this selection, I have been very clumsy in my previous outfit choices and I'm trying to put some effort this time :(.
On the plain dress... I am trying to be pragmatic and buy something that I will use again. It does look a bit better in real life...

Ive been cruising through life in leggings and a tshirt far before I got pregnant. I used to be able to buy clothes that made me feel good for occasions.
On Saturday it’s my daughter’s first birthday party and I ordered an outfit to wear but now I’ve tried it on, i hate it- I look awful and feel twice the size. The jumper isnt what I expected which is obviously a shame but I have limited time and funds now to correct this. Turns out I don’t know how to dress my post pregnancy body.
    Please be kind

Tomorrow night my spouse will be receiving an award for being a distinguished student through his university. I am so excited and proud of them! The university is putting us up in a hotel for the night at their main campus and that’s also where the event will be taking place so I won’t need to be outdoors (in case that’s relevant).
Tomorrow night my spouse will be receiving the award and then, on Friday, there will be a luncheon (presumably in the same building) in which my spouse has been asked to make a speech. I have no idea what the dress code is for the luncheon as the university hasn’t given us any info on yet. My spouse will be asking the university today for details.
I don’t have time to go buy anything as my schedule is packed. Please help me pick what dress and shoes I should wear to these two event. 🙏 I’m kinda stressed, and to add to the chaos, my phone did a potato job of taking these photos. If you need me to show you a better photo of the texture of the dresses, let me know. I only have one pair of dress shoes, a pair of sandals, and glittery shoes I bought for a disco Halloween outfit. Everything else I own are sneakers or work boots. Please give me any tips or advice! Thank you!!!!!
NOTE: I included a better photo for blue dress on me as I didn’t realize it was scrunched up in the original photo.

    Hi all!
I've turned to you many times before and this community has been phenomenal! As an update, I have gotten rid of basically everything this community told me to get rid of. Thank you SO MUCH.
I'm a recovering shopping addict and I am trying to cut down and declutter. Please help!
I have too many clothes. All of these are some kind of fancy - designer, hand embroidery, all natural silks, linens, etc. I buy a lot of second hand so am very susceptible to "it's such a good deal!" mentality when buying, even if it look awful on me.
Are any of these tops worth keeping? They are deliberately unstyled, all photographed in the same conditions. If it's not a HELL YEAH it's a NO. Excuse the background mess - I have several craft-y works in progress.
Lifestyle considerations - I'm pretty basic. I'm 32. I work from home in my loungewear, but I do like a nice outing. I prefer lose fitting, boxy, flowy, oversized things that hide my figure, but also swing all the way to the other extreme for nighttime bars or latin dancing or date nights with my husband.
What are your thoughts? What should I declutter and should I keep any?

I reallllly like the look of both of these, but I live in NYC, where rain/snow/rats can wear down a pony hair coat pretty quickly, so I worry it might be impractical.
For the slim fitted leather jacket, I don’t have anything that currently fits this lane (attached pics of my current jacket rotation: Reformation Veda Daphne in pics 8–10 and Aritzia faux leather bomber in pics 11–12), and while I love it, I’m also like… ??? Is it worth it? But it’s hard for me to find something that fits this seamlessly and feels right on my body…
Both are Nour Hammour in XS (Sigrid and Althea, respectively), are on sale, and happen to be the last of their kind. For context, I’m an orphan and grew up with nothing, so even though I have disposable income, outside of investing and traveling I have a really hard time actually spending any of it on myself because I’m so stingy. 🥲 Orphan habits are hard to break out of lol.
I’ve tried these on soooo many times at this point and would love an objective outside perspective on the fit, and whether either is actually worth buying.

dont get me wrong please, pic 2 is also good! I just want the first pic effect of having the bottoms bigger and looser than the top. These are supposed to be the same pants, different colours.
I know pic 1 is a model, but in the comments of these pants some people had the effect I wanted and others had the pic 2 effect - with a loosen top that looks like straight pants or even wide leg sometimes. It's not the bod type!!! I could see the pants not looking flare in slim, thick and all kinds of body types and the exact opposite too: looking like pic 1 in all kinds of bodies.
I want to know what is the secret, is it right size? fitting corrections? maybe it actually is body type (like height and not width)? I don't want to buy these pants so they don't look how I want them to. Please help!
Also I don't know if "effect" is the word I actually want to use, english is not my first language but I think it's an understandable post.

    Hi all!
Me again, the recovering shopping addict trying to declutter. Please help! This community has been spectacular in helping me understand what looks good and what is destined to go.
This time it's office and event dresses.
I buy a lot of second hand so am very susceptible to "it's such a good deal!" mentality when buying, even if it looks awful on me.
Are any of these worth keeping? I haven't stepped foot in an office for years and feel like these dresses have aged. I don't know what current office wear fashions are like. There is a chance I'll return to office work next year so unsure if any are worth keeping.
